Hi Mel Burslan,
Thank you for your patience. Please try to hold down the power button for about 30 seconds until it shuts down. Then please boot the device back up and let me know if that solves the issue? If not we may have to perform a factory reset or maybe reinstall Windows.
To perform the factory reset you will have to an OTG cable and a USB keyboard. To boot into the Recovery mode please hold down the Power and Volume up button for about 20 seconds or until the device boot into a Blue screen with four options.
Please follow this instructions on how to Factory Reset your device. Please keep in mind when doing this, it will cause any saved documents to be completely removed from your device. You will need a USB KEYBOARD and a OTG cable to complete the reset from the Power Button on your device.
( If you have an Excursion tablet with a working keyboard you will not need an additional keyboard )
From the Sign In screen, hit the Power Button
Best Regards,
Matthew

I have a VTA1005XB tablet which I have not used much after buying it from FRY's electronics last year. I just turned it on this week and it downloaded updates for a day or so and started an update process. 2+ days passed since then and when I turn on the screen by pressing power button, I am still watching the white dots dancing in a circular pattern on a soft blue screen.
This can not be normal, despite how low powered this dang thing is. Ayyone encountered such problem. And how did you solve it ?
