No carga Windows
Hola, hice una memoria USB booteable UEFI como menciona el tutorial, pero al botar con ella solo se queda en una pantalla como esta y nada mas, que tengo que hacer o que comando tengo que escribir para que empieza a instalar windows? gracias.
necesito el windows 10 de fabrica de mi laptop flex note 3
Tengo una tablet Vulcan Discovery. No la he usado mucho y ahora cuando la enciendo me sale el logo de VULCAN, la pantalla se pone en negro y se apaga; asi cada vez que la quiero usar
Que puedo hacer en este caso?
buenos días
quise darle restaurar a mi tableta vulcan discovery pero lamentablemente no me di cuenta de que la batería estaba baja y no llego a completar el proceso, ahora me sale reparación automática y se reinicia sin hacer nada, llega a diagnosticando pc y se reinicia nuevamente.
alguna forma de formatearlo porque entro a la bios y no me da la opción de usar una usb o pendriver
Para todos aquellos que formatearon y no lograron arreglar.... manden un mensajito
soporte vulcan, da soluciones a medias y debes tener un nivel medio en cuanto a reparaciones de computadoras, si no nadamas no se logra nada.

Thank you for your patience. Please try to find the serial number on the back or bottom of device on a white adhesive sticker. You will only need the first three characters. For some reason I couldn't pull up the serial number information in our system.
You can also find the serial number on the white adhesive bar code on the box somewhere.
Once we have the serial number we can then download the correct driver package.

where found the serial number. ? because i just see this number in the back side "Model: VTA0730S16".

Recently, update my tablet VULCAN JOURNEY, Model: VTA0730S16 to windows 10 (orginal S:O: are W8), i dont have any problem for the installation, but i have proble with the tocuh driver, because, i don not that it the driver. what is my driver package. i need help.

Thank you for your patience. The driver package that you need to download is the (Venture II) driver pack. I used your model number that you provided to find out which driver package you need.

Please see the process below.
1. Download the Driver set for your device at the link - https://support.vulcanelectronics.com/support/discussions/topics/6000024429
2. Once the Zip file is downloaded you want to Move the Zip file to empty Flash drive.
3. Extract the File on the flash drive.
4. Plug the flash drive into your Tablet using the OTG cable.
5. Power on your Tablet with the flash drive plugged in.
6. In the Cortana Circle search for (DEVICE MANAGER).
7. Navigate to your device.
8. Double tap the device to get into the Properties menu.
9. In the properties menu go to the Drivers tab.
10. Select Update Driver.
11. Then select Browse my computer for driver software.
12. Then select let me choice from a list of device drivers on my computer.
13. Select the driver that's on the list. - PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE'S ONLY ONE.
14. INSTALL AND RESTART.
